BESPOKE ORDERS

Bespoke orders require 4 till 6 weeks for fulfillment depending on the number of orders and material availability at the time of order. Although often our hats are completed sooner, please be aware that material availability can affect these time frames.

READY-TO-WEAR

Once your order has been completed and processed, it will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic packages typically arrive within 3 business days, and international shipping takes anywhere for 3-15 days depending on location and customs. Please be patient, we are not responsible for delays. If you want faster shipping, please contact us so we can get you a price quote and adjust the listing to charge you for the proper shipping.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to General Deliver/ Post addresses.

Non-EU countries: price on request

Pick-up from MALEZA hatmakers workshop may be chosen as a delivery method.

Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the European Union it is the customer´s responsibility to pay any subsequent duty fees and import taxes that may be applicable for deliveries within their countries.

We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.
